N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的研究进展

     

摘要

The synthesis methods of N-Hydroxyphthalimade prepared with phthalic anhydride and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in different reaction medium systems were mainly reviewed, such as liquid and solid medium system. The relative merits of different synthetic processes were compared. N-Hydroxyphthalimide was associated with various applicabilities on organic synthesis, electrochemistry, biomedical and life sciences field, and so on. For instance, N-hydroxyphthalimide can act as organic synthesis intermediates, an electrochemical oxidation mediator and a catalyst.%我们以邻苯二甲酸酐和盐酸羟胺为原料,综述了氮氧化合物N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺( NHPI)在不同反应介质体系的合成工艺,其中包括液相介质体系和固相介质体系等,并比较了各种合成工艺的优缺点。同时,我们进一步阐述了N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺作为有机合成中间体、电化学氧化基质和催化剂等在有机合成、电化学、生物及生命科学等领域的应用。
