强阴离子交换柱法测定蛋糕中丙酸钙(钠)

     

摘要

The pretreatment method on measuring calcium ( sodium) propionate in cakes by liquid chromatography ( LC) was discussed which reduced sample-to-background, avoids false positive reactivity, and increased the quantitative accuracy.The solid phase extraction ( SPE) by strong anion-exchange ( SAX) can achieve the best purification effect by washing with 1 mL ultrapure water and eluting with 2 mL 0.5% hydrochloric acid.The method detection limit was 0.025 g/kg, the recovery rate was 96.0%~107.6% with the relative standard deviations ( RSD) of 1.4%~11.1%. The results showed that the SPE by SAX can be served as an effective approach to measure calcium ( sodium) propionate in cakes.%探讨了利用高效液相色谱法进行蛋糕中丙酸钙(钠)测定的前处理方法,可以降低样品本底背景,避免假阳性的出现,提高定量准确性;强阴离子交换固相萃取柱净化效果最佳,1 mL 超纯水淋洗,2 mL 0.5%盐酸溶液洗脱;方法检出限为0.025 g/kg,回收率为96.0%~107.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.4%~11.1%;结果表明,利用强阴离子交换柱的固相萃取法可以作为蛋糕中丙酸钙(钠)检测的有效方法。
