摘要

20000 m3双金属低温乙烯储罐保冷共分为三个部分即罐底保冷、罐壁保冷、罐顶保冷。具有结构复杂、交叉施工难度大、安装标准高的特点，在施工中要严格遵循规定的程序和技术要求，而交叉施工的高效、施工质量的控制和防雨、防潮等问题的解决是低温储罐罐体保冷工作顺利实施的重要保证。文章以国内某一20000 m3低温储罐为例，对罐底保冷层的特点、施工顺序、安装方法等内容进行了详细叙述。%20000 m3 double metal low-temperature ethylene tank and cold preservation is divided into three parts namely as the tank bottom cold insulation , tank wall cold insulation , tank top cold insulation.The structure is complex with difficult construction , installation characteristics of cross high standard requirements , which should strictly follow the provisions of the procedures and techniques in construction , high efficiency , and solve the construction quality control and construction of cross rain proof , moisture proof issues such as low-temperature storage tank , and it is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of cold working.Taking a domestic 20000 m3 cryogenic storage tank as an example , the characteristics of the content , the tank bottom cold insulation layer construction order , installation method were described in detail.
