密闭超声萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定塑料中四溴双酚A

         

摘要

建立了超声萃取-气相色谱质谱联用法检测塑料中四溴双酚A的分析方法。对进样口温度、溶剂的选择、萃取时间和GC-MS分析条件进行了优化。结果显示:四溴双酚A标准溶液在0.5~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9961,方法定量下限( LOQ)为50 mg/kg。采用龙昌智能技术研究院研制的标准编号为RMK001的标准品进行精密度和准确度验证,平均回收率为103.8%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)为13.7%。所见方法能很好的应用于塑料中四溴双酚A的检测。%An effective method was established for the determination of tetrabromobisphenol A in plastic. Inject sample temperature solvent species, extraction time and GC-MS analysis conditions were optimized. The linear range was from 0. 5 mg/L to 10 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9961. The lowest limit of quantification ( LOQ) was 50 mg/kg. Using Lungcheong Institute of Intelligent Technology developed standard for RMK001 to verifiy the precision and accuracy of the standard, the average recovery was 103. 8%, relative standard deviation RSD ( n=5 ) was 13. 7%. This method is suitable for determination of tetrabromobisphenol A in plastic.
