ICP-OES法测定石吊兰中的11种微量金属含量∗

     

摘要

To determine eleventrace metal elements ( Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb, Mn, Hg, Zn, As, Fe, Cr and Ca ) in Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim, a method for determination of the content of trace metals in Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim was established. Samples of Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim were digested with a mixture acid of HNO3 and HClO4 , trace metal elements were determined by ICP-AES method. Results showed that this test method had a good linear relationship, the relative standard deviation of precision was 0. 8% ~3. 6% and the element recovery of standard addition was 96. 2% ~102. 4%. The results also showed that Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim contained many kinds of trace metal elements required in the human body, but the content of Hg and As was higher than that of the national limit standard. The results helped us to know the kinds of trace metal elements in Guizhou Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim and to control harmful elements contents, and provide a reference for deeply research Lysionotus Pauciflorus Maxim.%对石吊兰中的11种微量金属( Cd、 Cu、 Ni、 Pb、 Mn、 Hg、 Zn、 As、 Fe、 Cr、 Ca)含量进行测定,建立石吊兰微量金属元素的检测方法。石吊兰药材经硝酸-高氯酸湿法消解后,采用ICP-OES法测定各种微量金属含量。本试验方法的线性关系良好,精密度试验的RSD值在0%~4.3%之间,平均加标回收率在92.4%~102%之间。结果显示石吊兰中含有多种人体所需的微量金属元素,但Hg、 As两种重金属含量高于国家限量标准。该结果有助于我们了解黔产石吊兰中微量金属元素的种类,有利于控制其中的有害元素,为全面深入研究石吊兰提供参考。
