地方院校应用型人才培养模式实践与探索∗

摘要

Under the background of popularization of higher education in our country, it is an important task for local colleges and universities to cultivate the talents adapting to economic and social needs. The training mode of applied talents was introduced from the curriculum system, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment system and cooperation of production, teaching and research. The training mode was to face professional post, based on professional ability training, relying on cooperation of production, teaching and research.%在我国高等教育大众化和普及化背景下，如何培养适应经济社会需求人才，是地方院校面临的重要课题。从课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、考核评价、产学研合作等方面介绍了面向职业岗位，立足专业能力培养，依托产学研合作的应用型人才培养模式。围绕专业人才培养目标，探索毕业生面向的职业岗位所需要的知识、能力、素质，以培养学生核心专业能力为重点，构建课程体系；以专业能力培养为核心，优化与整合教学内容，强化实践教学；丰富考试形式，将课程考核贯穿到课程教学全过程。
