The uncertainty of the determination of Erbium Oxide content in Lanthanum Oxide with ICP-OES was evaluated. The various factors affecting the uncertainty of the measurement of Erbium Oxide content were analyzed, the various uncertainty components and its synthesis were calculated, in order to calculate determination results of the Erbium Oxide content in Lanthanum Oxide uncertainty, the result was (0. 00206±0. 00020)%. The results showed that the main factor influencing the uncertainty of measurement of Erbium Oxide was calibration curve fitting.%采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定稀土氧化物氧化镧中氧化铒的含量,对结果的不确定度进行评定。分析了影响氧化铒含量测量不确定度的各个因素,对各个不确定度分量进行了计算和合成,以此得到氧化镧中氧化铒含量测定结果的不确定度为(0.00206±0.00020)%。结果表明,影响氧化铒含量的测量不确定度的主要影响因素为标准曲线拟合。
