分析了假臭草花油脂的化学成分。采用乙醇提取、硅胶柱色谱制备假臭草花油脂,采用气相色谱-质谱( GC-MS)联用技术分离分析该油脂的化学成分。结果表明, GC-MS共鉴定出58个化合物,占挥发油总量的92.06%。其主要成分为:2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(15.04%),(9Z,12Z)-十八烷二烯酸乙酯(9.25%),邻四氯苯醌(9.17%),十六氢芘(8.50%),(9Z,12Z,15Z)-十八烷三烯酸乙酯(6.52%),棕榈酸乙酯(6.43%)。从假臭草花中提取制备油脂并鉴定化学成分,为假臭草的开发利用提供理论依据。%To study the chemical constituents from the oil of the flowers of Eupatorium catarium, the oil from the flowers of E. catarium was extracted by EtOH and then prepared from the silica gel column chromatography. The components of the oil were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result showed that 58 components were identified and accounted for 92. 06% of all the peak area. The major compositions were 2 ,6-ditertbutyl-4-methylphenol ( 15. 04%) , (9Z,12Z)-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester (9. 25%), tetrachloro-o-benzoquinone (9. 17%), hexadecahydropyrene (8. 50%), (9Z,12Z,15Z)-octadecatrienoic acid ethyl ester (6. 52%) and ethyl palmitate (6. 43%). The oil from the flowers of E. catarium was extracted and the chemical constituents were identified. This study provides experimental evidence for the further research and exploitation of E. catarium.
