磷渣粉对活性粉末混凝土性能的影响

         

摘要

研究了不同磷渣粉掺量对活性粉末混凝土力学性能及耐久性能的影响。结果表明:磷渣粉的掺入能有效改善RPC混凝土微结构,磷渣粉水化生成的水化产物C-S-H增加混凝土密实度,使得混凝土具有较好的力学性能及耐久性能。但随着磷渣粉掺入量的增加,水泥含量减少,导致体系中Ca( OH)2含量的减少,在弱碱环境下,抑制了磷渣粉的二次水化,活性粉末混凝土性能下降。在蒸汽养护条件下,磷渣粉掺入量为25%时,活性粉末混凝土抗压强度155.9 MPa、抗折强度24.5 MPa、弹性模量52.8 GPa、抗冻性能大于F500、氯离子渗透量22 C,满足科技基[2006]29号标准要求。%Effect of different phosphorus slag powder contents on mechanical properties and durability of reactive powder concrete was studied. The results indicated that the microstructure of reactive powder concretewasimproved effectively with the addition of phosphorous slag powder, and the density of the concretewasincreased bythe hydration product of phosphorous slag powders. The reactive powder concrete had better mechanical properties and durability. But with the increase of phosphorus slag powder admixture, the cement and calcium hydroxidecontent in the system decreased. The secondary hydration of phosphorus slag powder was inhibitedinweak base environment, resulting in the performance degradation of reactive powder concrete. After the steam curing condition, the reactive powder concrete with phosphorus slag powder 25% had better mechanical properties and durability as follows: the compressive strength of reactive powder concrete 155. 9 MPa, flexural strength 24. 5 MPa, elastic modulus 52. 8 GPa, frost resistance more than F500 , chloride ion penetration 22 C. It attained tothe technicalrequirementsof temporary technological terms reactive powder concretematerial on sidewalk baffle or coverfor passenger dedicated line.
