高氯高盐重油采出水缓蚀阻垢剂的复配及性能研究

         

摘要

委内瑞拉重油采出水的水质的主要特点是Cl-=15666 mg/L, TDS=26386 mg/L。针对高氯高盐污水对油田集输、污水处理与回注系统的设备和管线所带来的腐蚀结垢难题,目前的国内外对于高氯高盐的重油采出水没有针对性的缓蚀阻垢药剂。有针对性的缓蚀阻垢剂的研发对碳钢缓蚀的研究将是突破性的研究成果。通过大量的试验,最后筛选出适用于此类水质的缓蚀阻垢剂的配方为PASP:葡萄糖酸锌=4:5,添加计量为100 mg/L。最终的缓蚀率和阻垢率均能达到85%以上。%The main characteristics of Venezuela’s heavy oil produced water are high chlorine and high salt, such as Cl-= 15666 mg/L, TDS = 26386 mg/L. For high chlorine and high salinity wastewater of oilfield gathering and transferring, wastewater treatment and recycle system of equipment and pipeline corrosion fouling problems, high chlorine heavy oil produced water of high salinity has no specific scale and corrosion inhibitor currently at home and abroad. Targeted the corrosion scale inhibitor research and development of the research of carbon steel corrosion will be a breakthrough of research results. Through a large number of trials, the last screen was suitable for this kind of water quality of corrosion scale inhibitor formula of PASP:zinc gluconate=4:5 , the total dose was 100 mg/L. The final rate of corrosion and scale inhibition rate can reach more than 85%.
