以溶剂热法制备小尺寸铜锌锡硫(CZTS)纳米晶,并将合成的CZTS纳米晶进行表征.经牛血清白蛋白(BSA)修饰后,研究了CZTS在肿瘤小鼠体内的近红外光热增敏性能.研究发现,经近红外激光辐照后,小鼠肿瘤区域温度在5 min内迅速升至60 ℃,达到体内肿瘤消融温度.同时通过体外细胞毒性评价及细胞荧光染色验证了CZTS的低细胞毒性.结果表明,CZTS纳米晶具有优秀近红外光热增敏性能及低细胞毒性,可作为理想的肿瘤纳米光热增敏剂.%Small size Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals were synthesized via solvothermal method in large quantity,and the synthesized CZTS nanocrystals were characterized.After bovine serum albumin (BSA) modification,the near infrared photothermal sensitivity of CZTS in tumor mice was studied.The study found that after the near-infrared laser radiation,the tumor region temperature in 5 min rapidly rose to 60 ℃,to achieve the ablation temperature of the tumor in vivo.The cytotoxicity of CZTS was verified by in vitro cytotoxicity and cell fluorescence staining.The results showed that CZTS nanocrystals had excellent near infrared photothermal sensitization and low cytotoxicity,and they can be used as ideal photosensitizer for tumor sensitization.
