A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of Gatifloxacin was established based on the charge transfer reaction between Gatifloxacin and Eosin Y in pH=4.2 HAc-NaAc. The apparent molar absorptivity of the color compleex was 1.69×104L·mol-1·cm-1at 550 nm. The linear regression equation was Y=0.8976X+0.0088. Beers law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~0.4 mg/10 mL of erythromycin ethylsuccinate. Correlation coefficient was 0.9996. The method had high sensitivity and reproducibility for the determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate in erythromycin ethylsuccinate tablets with RSD of 1.12% ~1.49%,and recoveries of 98.1.0% ~105%.%实验研究了在pH=4.2的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,加替沙星与伊红可形成稳定的的1:1的电荷转移络合物,据此建立了加替沙星荷移光度分析的新方法.络合物最大吸收波长为550 nm.表观摩尔吸光系数为1.69×104L·mol-1·cm-1线性方程为Y=0.8976X+0.0088,相关系数R=0.9996,加替沙星质量浓度在0~0.4 mg/10 mL范围内与吸光度值成良好的线性关系,方法灵敏度较高、重现性好,用于药品中加替沙星含量的测定,其加标回收率为98.1% ~105%.标准偏差为1.12% ~1.49%.
