通过使用不同色调颜料,不同细度颜料,体系中不同颜料含量,配制成品喷漆,喷板制成漆膜,进行光泽度对比试验,探究上述因素对漆膜光泽度的影响,同时,通过控制漆料配方中稀释剂以外所有因素不变,使用不同挥发速度溶剂配制喷漆,探究溶剂挥发快慢对漆膜在干燥过程中的影响,最后得出在漆料中色浆细度控制在15μm以下,颜料含量小于3%以及使用干燥速度较慢的溶剂来配制气雾漆时,气雾漆喷涂形成的漆膜能得到较高的光泽度.%Through the use of different color pigments, pigments with different fineness and different pigment content,finished product was prepared,film was made by spray plate,through gloss contrast test,the influence of these factors was explored. At the same time,by controlling all the factors excepted the diluent in the paint formulation,spray paint was made by using different volatilization speed solvents,and the influence of the evaporation speed of the solvent on the drying process of the film was explored. The result showed when paint fineness was controlled below 15 μm,pigment content was less than 3% and dry speed slower solvent was used for preparation,the film produced by spray paint can get higher gloss.
