柳珊瑚共生细菌Bacillus subtilis发酵液化学成分研究

         

摘要

Studies on the chemical constituents of the culture broth from marine gorgonian-asso-ciated bacterium Bacillus subtilis were carried out. Seven pure substances were first isolated from the culture broth by CC and HPLCand their structures were determined on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as 1H NMR and 13C NMR. These compounds were obtained and characterized by comparison of their physical and spectral data C H NMR,13C NMR and MS) with values obtained in the literature. Antibacterial activity bioas-say indicated that compounds 1 and 2 had significant activity against pathogenic bacteria from tilapia .Compounds 1~3 showed potent antilarval activity towards Balanus amphitrite larvae. Compound 1 exhibited antilarval activity against Hydroides elegans at the concentration of 50 fig/ml.%采用多种常规柱色谱和高效液相色谱分离技术,运用理化和波谱分析方法,对柳珊瑚共生细菌Bacillus subtilis的化学成分进行分离鉴定,并对分离得到的化合物进行抑菌活性测试和抗污损生物幼虫附着活性测试.结果分离得到7个环二肽类化合物,依次为环(S-脯氨酸-甘氨酸),环(S-脯氨酸-R-亮氨酸),环(4-羟基-脯氨酸-亮氨酸),环(苯丙氨酸-甘氨酸),环(丙氨酸-苯丙氨酸),环(苯丙氨酸-缬氨酸),环(S-脯氨酸-R-苯丙氨酸).化合物1和化合物2有抑制罗非鱼病原菌生长活性,化合物1~3有抗藤壶幼虫附着活性,化合物1有抗华美盘管幼虫附着活性.7个化合物均首次从柳珊瑚共生菌Bacillus subtilis发酵液中分离得到,其抑制罗非鱼致病菌活性和抗污损生物附着活性也是首次报道.
