于2006年3月到2007年2月,研究广西珍珠港交东海草床高潮区、中潮区、低潮区矮大叶藻(Zosterajaponica)地上高度、覆盖度和生物量的动态变化.结果表明:矮大叶藻地上高度4月最大(10.2 cm),9月最小(4.3 cm),平均6.8 cm;平均覆盖度46.1％,3月最大(65.0％),9月最小(36.1％)；地上部分、地下部分的平均生物量分别为27.8 g·m-2和30.9 g·m-2,平均4月最大,8月最小；地上高度、覆盖度及生物量低潮区＞中潮区＞高潮区,中潮区与整个海草床最相近；生物量与地上高度、覆盖度呈极显著正相关关系(P＜0.01).%:Dynamic change ot height,coverage and biomass were studied tor Zostera japonica at upper zone, mid zone and lower zone in Jiaodong seagrass beds, Pearl bay, Guangxi, during March 2006 to February 2007. The results showed that the maximum height was 10. 2 cm found in April,while the minimum one was 4. 3 cm in September,and the mean height was 6. 8 cm. The mean coverage was 46. 1% with the maximum of 65. 0%(in March) and the minimum of 36. l%(in September). The mean above-ground and under-ground biomass was 27. 8 g · m~t and 30. 9 g · m~z, respectively,and the maximum of both was found in April while the minimum was in August. All of the height, coverage and biomass revealed higher in lower zone, middle in mid zone and lower in upper zone,and the features in mid zone were closest to those of the whole seagrass bed. There was a significantly positive correlation between the biomass and the height as well as the coverage (P < 0. 01).
