[目的]研究三叉晶界对晶界迁移的影响.[方法]采用晶体相场(Phase Field Crystal,PFC)方法模拟包含一个环形晶粒的三晶系统中三叉晶界的迁移过程.[结果]环形晶粒在演化过程中不断收缩,三叉晶界迁移具有自相似性;三叉晶界迁移速率与晶界曲率成正比.[结论]三叉晶界对晶界迁移有拖曳作用,且晶界曲率越小,拖拽作用越明显.%[Objective]The effects of triple junction on grain boundary migration was studied.[Methods]The phase field crystal (PFC)method was used to simulate the migration process of triple junction in a tricrystal system containing a loop grain crystal.[Results]The results showed that the loop grain was constantly shrinking during evolution,and the triple junction had a self-similar property.The migration rate of triple junction was proportional to the grain boundary curvature.[Conclusion]The triple junction had a drag effect on the grain boundary, and the smaller the grain boundary curvature,the more remarkable the drag effect.
