羟喜树碱对人肾上腺皮质癌 SW-13细胞生长增殖的影响

摘要

目的观察羟喜树碱对人肾上腺皮质癌SW-13细胞生长增殖的影响。方法体外培养人肾上腺皮质癌SW-13细胞，随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组加入羟喜树碱使其终浓度为0．8μg/ml，对照组不加羟喜树碱，分别培养48 h后，采用台盼蓝拒染法观察羟喜树碱对SW-13细胞生长增殖的影响。结果光镜下可见干预组SW-13细胞数减少，死亡细胞数较多，干预组活细胞率明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论羟喜树碱可能具有抑制人肾上腺皮质癌SW-13细胞增殖并促进其死亡的作用。%Objective To observe the effect of hydroxycamptothecine ( HCPT) on the growth and proliferation of human adrenoeortical carcinoma cell line SW-13.Methods Human adrenoeortical carcinoma cells SW-13 cultured in vitro were randomly divided into two groups ,the 0.8ug/ml HCPT intervention group and negative control group . SW-13 cells were exposed to hydroxycamptothecine for 48 hours.The effect of hydroxycamptothecine on the growth and proliferation of human adrenoeortical carcinoma cell line SW-13 was observed by trypan blue exclusion staining . Results The number of SW-13 cells decreased in the intervention group by light microscope ,the number of dead cells increased significantly .The live cells in the intervention group were more than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydroxycamptothecine may suppress the proliferation of human adrenoeortical carcinoma cell line SW -13 and promote the death of SW-13 cells.
