Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of total glucosides of paeonia for the adjuvant treatment of children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpora(HSP). Methods A total of 86 children with HSP were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases) and control group(41 cases). The control group was treated with oral piperazine ferulate tablets,loratadine granules,montelukast sodium chewable tablets,while the observation group with oral total glucosides of paeonia capsules based on the therapy performed in the control group,besides,both groups were given the conventional treatment. The treatment lasted for one month in both groups. The clinical efficacy, hospital stay,duration for clinical symptoms disappeared,recurrence rate,and incidence rate of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis were compared between the two groups. Results The children in the observation group obtained higher total effective rate,less hospital stay, shorter duration for clinical symptoms disappeared,lower 6-month recurrence rate,and lower incidence rate of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis compared to the children in the control group(all P<0. 05). Conclusion Total glucosides of paeonia can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpora nephritis in the adjuvant treatment of children with HSP.%目的 探讨白芍总苷辅助治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的临床疗效.方法 选取过敏性紫癜患儿86例随机分为观察组45例和对照组41例.两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予阿魏酸哌嗪片、氯雷他定颗粒、孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊口服,两组均治疗1个月.比较两组的临床疗效、住院时间、临床症状消失所需时间、复发率及紫癜性肾炎发生率.结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,临床症状消失所需时间短于对照组,半年内复发率及紫癜性肾炎发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 白芍总苷辅助治疗过敏性紫癜患儿可有效缓解临床症状,减少紫癜性肾炎的发生.
