Debt celebration as an important customary law was used to settle the collective debt dis-putes in the Amdo Tibetan region .As an institutionalized custom based on harmony and syncretism , it aims to reproduce the harmonious and cooperative relationship within the tribes ( villages ) through focusing on the personalized settlement of disputes and the maintenance of personal relationship as well as consideration of the debtor's return to society.Debt celebration is featured as settling the debt disputes without destroying the social order in certain community , which functions as ethic edification and social relationship adjustment besides settling disputes .Its mechanism could be served as an important native inspiration example for the appropriate solution to hard debt disputes in modern society .%"债务庆祝" ( bu-lon-ston-mo) 是安多藏区解决群体性债务纠纷的特色习惯法. 它以"和合" 与补救为合理性, 着眼于纠纷的个性处理与人情关系维系, 同时将破产债务人的社会回归纳入视野, 从而以习俗制度化手段再生产了社区 (部落、 村落) 内部的和谐互助关系.
