西部民族地区旅游驱动型城镇化发展研究--基于区域比较优势和竞争优势理论的分析

摘要

随着国家新型城镇化战略的实施，西部民族地区成为新一轮城镇化发展的热点地区，在城镇化发展模式的选择上，许多地区基于自然和文化资源的优势，将旅游业作为新型城镇化发展的主导产业。如何充分利用和发挥民族地区自然资源和文化资源的比较优势，促进旅游产业在与上下游关联产业和地区特色农业的有机融合中发挥驱动作用，将本地资源禀赋的比较优势转化为城镇化发展的综合竞争优势，推动西部民族地区从传统的追求规模扩张的城镇化向追求产业结构提升的新型城镇化转变，对于缩小东西部差距，消除城乡二元结构，全面建成小康社会意义重大。%The implementation of the new-type urbanization strategies has turned the western minority areas of China into areas of a new round urbanization where many areas choose tourism as leading industry based on their unique natural and cultural resources.As comparative advantages, these resources should be employed effectively in promoting the efficient integration of tourist industry and the related upstream and downstream industries as well as the local agriculture, so that the resources can become comprehensive com-petitive advantages.This will definitely upgrade urbanization in the western minority areas from the tradi-tional model of seeking scale expansion to a new-type urbanization of optimizing industrial structure.The new development model can significantly narrow the regional gap between the eastern part and the western part and eliminate the binary structure of city and countryside in the endeavor to build an all-around afflu-ent society.
