论侗族村寨防火体系之脆弱性*--以贵州省黔东南侗族村寨为例

摘要

长期以来，火灾防治的实践层面呈现出技术主义的倾向。本文结合脆弱性理论，分析侗族村寨生存环境的脆弱性、社会变迁中的脆弱性、人口结构失衡下的脆弱性以及国家消防制度在侗族村寨适用的脆弱性，对侗寨火灾原因进行新的诠释，并从非正式制度和正式制度两个方面讨论完善侗族村寨防火体系。%The technological tendency has been existed in the practice of fire prevention for a long time.Based on the theory of vulnerability, this study analyzes the fragility of living environment, social change, unbalance population structure, and national fire prevention system in Dong villages.It reanalyzes the reasons of fire disaster in Dong villages and discusses the improvement of fire prevention systems in terms of both the formal system and the informal system.
