穴位按压加正骨推拿手法治疗神经根性颈椎病的疗效

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupressure and manipulation in the treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 92 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 46 cases in each group.The control group used acupressure combined with cervical traction.The experimental group used acupressure and manipulation.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the experimental group, the total effective rate was 95.56%, the SF-36 score was (118.42±14.28), and the NDI was (5.25±4.16).In the control group, the total effective rate was 80.43%, the SF-36 score was (102.57±9.74), and the NDI was (10.82±7.49).The data of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, the acupressure and orthopedic massage helps to relieve pain of patients, the curative effect is definite, and is worthy of clinical application.%目的 分析穴位按压加正骨推拿手法治疗神经根性颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 选取在我院接受治疗的神经根性颈椎病患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组(试验组和对照组),每组46例.对照组采用穴位按压配合颈椎牵引的方式进行治疗,试验组则采用穴位按压加正骨推拿手法的方式进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 试验组的总有效率为95.56%,SF-36评分为(118.42±14.28)分,NDI为(5.25±4.16)分;对照组的总有效率为80.43%,SF-36评分为(102.57±9.74)分,NDI为(10.82±7.49)分,试验组各项数据显著优于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用穴位按压加正骨推拿手法对神经根性颈椎病患者进行治疗,有助于减轻患者疼痛感,疗效确切,值得在临床上广泛推广.
