针药结合治疗急性期 Bell 氏面瘫的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of different medicines combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute Bell ’ s palsy. Method The up-to-standard patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group , acupuncture with Western medicine group and acupuncture with Chinese medicine and Western medicine group .In the acute phase , the different methods were applied, and the treatments in the recovery phase were the same .The curative effect was assessed with the Facial nerve paralysis of the classification and House-Brackmann facial nerve function assessment .Result After the acute phase , there were no significant differences in curative effect after treatment in the three groups ( both P>0.05 ) .After the recovery phase , there was a significant difference in curative effect compared with the other two groups ( both P<0.05 ) .There were no significant differences between the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture with Western medicine group ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion The acupuncture with Chinese medicine and Western medicine applied in the acute phase Bell’s palsy has remarkable effect, and it’s better than the other two methods.%目的：观察针刺结合不同药物治疗急性期Bell氏面瘫的疗效差异。方法将符合纳入标准的受试者随机分为3组，即针刺加中药组、针刺加西药组以及针刺加中药和西药组，在急性期分别予以相应处理，恢复期予以相同的治疗，在治疗前后以及急性期后和恢复期后，分别进行面神经麻痹程度分级和House-Brackmann面神经功能分级以及疗效评价。结果急性期后，三组治疗后的疗效差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），恢复期后，针刺加中西药组较其余两组的疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），针刺加西药组和针刺加中药组间的疗效差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论针刺结合中西药干预急性期Bell氏面瘫可以显著改善面瘫症状，且疗效优于针灸分别配合中药和西药的治疗。
