环境干预对提高手术满意度的探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the primary hospita1 operating room to carry out high-qua1ity care, how to shorten the operation time,improve qua1ity,and effective1y reduce the patient before surgery, intraoperative,and postoperative fear. Methods 540 cases by the need for surgery in patients with the investigation and ana1ysis, deve1opment and imp1ementation of a humane“warm qua1ity surgica1 services.”Results“warm qua1ity surgica1 services imp1ementation, operating throughout the year to reach 99% overa11 satisfaction. Conclusion“Qua1ity warm surgica1 services,”c1ose the nurse-patient re1ationship,shorten the operation time,effective1y reducing the fear of patients and improve the qua1ity of care and patient and fami1y satisfaction.%目的：探讨基层医院手术室通过开展优质护理，从而缩短手术时间，提高工作质量，有效地减轻手术患者术前、术中、术后的恐惧心理。方法通过对540例手术患者的需求进行调查分析，制定并实施了人性化的“优质温馨手术服务”。结果“优质温馨手术服务”实施后，手术室全年综合满意度达到99%。结论“优质温馨手术服务”密切了护患关系，缩短了手术时间，有效减轻了患者的恐惧，提高了护理质量和患者及家属的满意度。
