Objective To make a preliminary research on the kinetic parameters of pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro .Methods The motion curve from pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro operated by one skilled doctor were recorded , and the data were collected and preserved Simultaneously .The vertical force, frequency and period were adopted for analysis .Results There was significant difference in maximum pressure be-tween in vivo and in vitro (P<0.01), while no significant difference was found in minimum pressure , frequency, or cy-cle between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Power and frequency are the main features of pushing manipulation with one finger .For the same operator , the difference is mainly reflected in the maximum vertical force between pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro .%目的 对在体和离体"一指禅推法"的动力学参数进行初步对比研究分析.方法 记录1位手法熟练者在体和离体不同条件下的一指禅推法的手法运动轨迹曲线,同步采集保存手法的数据,用压力测试配套数据分析软件进行数据处理,分析手法的垂直作用力、频率、周期.结果 在体与离体组间的最大垂直作用力之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间的最小垂直作用力、频率、周期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 力与频率是"一指禅推法"的主要特征.对于同一操作者,在体和离体一指禅推法的不同主要是体现在最大垂直作用力上.
