安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者矫治前后前面高及双平面变化的临床研究

摘要

目的：观察分析安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者矫治前后前面高及双平面的变化情况，为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择30例诊断为安氏Ⅱ类2分类的患者，均拔除4颗第一前磨牙。对矫治前后的头颅定位侧位片进行测量分析，选取AOP⁃FH、POP⁃FH、OP⁃dif、MP⁃FH、N⁃Me、N⁃ANS、ANS⁃Me等7个项目进行研究，并进行统计学分析。结果矫治前后AOP⁃FH、POP⁃FH、N⁃Me及ANS⁃Me差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），其余差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论运用直丝弓矫治技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者后，患者面下1/3高度增加，前、后平面均减小，且前平面变化更显著。%Objective To evaluate the change of the the face type and the cant of the occlusal plane of the patients with Angle ClassⅡ, division 2 before and after orthodontic treatment, in order provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods In 30 patients with Angle ClassⅡ, division 2, 4 first premolars were extracted. They were treated with straight wire appliance. Pre⁃treatment and post⁃treatment lateral cephalograms of the patients were obtained and evaluat⁃ed. Seven parameters including AOP⁃FH, POP⁃FH, OP⁃dif, MP⁃FH, N⁃Me, N⁃ANS, ANS⁃Me were selected and ana⁃lyzed. Results There were significant differences in AOP⁃FH, N⁃Me, POP⁃FH and ANS⁃Me (P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences in other parameters. Conclusion After the straight wire appliance treatment forAngle Class Ⅱ division 2 patients, heights of 1/3 lower face increases, both anterior and posterior occlusal plane decreases, especially the anterior occlusal plane.
