德庆何首乌有效部位质量标准的研究

摘要

目的：建立何首乌有效部位提取物的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对何首乌有效部位进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果：定性鉴别特征斑点明显,专属性强;二苯乙烯苷在0.1125～0.9μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.02%,RSD为0.99%（n=5）。结论：方法简便可行,可用于何首乌有效部位提取物的质量控制。%Objective:To establish the quality control method for the extracts of effective parts from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.Methods:The extract was identified by TLC.The 2,3,5,4’-TetraHydroxytilbene-2-o-β-D-glucoside(TGS) was determinated by HPLC.Results:The characteristics identification by TLC were distinct,obvious specificity.TGS were linear in the range of 0.1125~0.9 μg,with an average recovery of 102.02 %,RSD with 0.99 %(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple and feasible,which can be used to control the quality of the effective parts extracts from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.
