悬浮法PVC生产中氯乙烯回收单体精制技术的研究及应用

摘要

介绍了在防自聚物堵塞精馏塔上采用外循环精馏技术和深度脱水技术对回收单体进行精制处理,去除其中残留助剂和引发剂等活性自由基,使其达到新鲜单体的成分指标,显著提高聚合反应的生产率和产品质量。%Introduced in the Anti-clogging rectifying column,recovery monomer to refine processing by use of external loop distillation technique and depth of dehydration technology,which remove residual additives and initiator of activity such as free radicals,made its reach fresh monomer component index,improved the productivity of polymerization and product quality.
