粮库粮堆的分类与稳定特性研究

摘要

粮食进出仓作业是粮堆形成或类型改变的过程,也是粮库安全事故常发的主要作业环节.粮仓中的粮堆从粮面的稳定性和运动状态来看具有多种类型,各类粮仓在各作业工序形成不同类型的粮堆,不同类型的粮堆具有不同的特性.研究粮堆的分类和稳定特性对预防和减少粮食进出仓作业安全生产事故具有重要意义.本文通过探讨粮堆的分类方法和几种常见类型粮仓粮堆的稳定特性和运动状态,以期为粮食进出仓作业安全事故防范提供理论支撑.%Grain loading and unloading is process of grain pile forming and type changing,while it is the major operation step of the accidents occurred in grain storage bins.There are multiple types of grain piles in grain storage bins with grain surface stability and motion state.And it will form different types of grain piles with different properties during different operation steps in different grain storage bins.Studies on the classification and stability properties of grain piles is significant for preventing and reducing safety production accidents in grain loading and unloading operation.In this report,the classification methods of grain piles and the stability properties and motion state of grain piles in several common type grain storage bins were studied,which is to provide theoretical support for the prevention of safety accidents during loading and unloading grain bins operation.
