北京市五星级酒店食品安全现状分析

摘要

Food safety in ifve-star hotels have been analyzed taking ifve-star hotel as the object of this study, and reasonable measures and strategies have been put forward to manage the food safety more conveniently in ifve-star hotels. Based on these, we can ensure the food safety of hotel catering, and enhance the service quality of ifve-star hotels.%本文以五星级酒店为研究对象，分析五星级酒店存在的食品安全问题，并针对这些问题提出解决对策，以期保证酒店餐饮食品安全，提高五星级酒店服务质量。
