正交法优选杜仲叶中绿原酸提取工艺

         

摘要

To optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid in Eucommia leaf (ECA), choosing ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and soaking time as influencing factors. The extraction process of chlorogenic acid was studied by single factor test and then the parameters were optimized by orthogonal test. As the result,the optimum extraction conditions is Ethanol concentration 40%, solid-liquid ratio 1∶35, ultrasonic time 30 min, soaking time 60 min, the yield of chlorogenic acid under this condition was 8.041 8 mg/g. ECA rich in chlorogenic acid and optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid in ECA, which can provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of chlorogenic acid.%为优选杜仲叶中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺,选取乙醇浓度、料液比、超声波时间、浸泡时间等为影响因素,先通过单因素试验提取绿原酸,然后通过正交试验法优化提取参数。结果最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1∶35,超声波时间30 min,浸泡时间60 min,此条件下绿原酸的得率为8.0418 mg/g。结论杜仲叶中富含绿原酸,优化杜仲叶中绿原酸提取工艺,可为绿原酸的开发和应用提供理论依据。
