分别采用了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和火焰-原子荧光光谱法对同一化探样品和矿石中的金进行了检测,比较了两种仪器测定方法的检出限、线性范围、分析速度、测试成本.实验结果表明,火焰-原子荧光法的检出限与石墨炉原子吸收法基本一样,且线性范围、分析速度、测试成本都优于石墨炉原子吸收法.%In this paper,trace gold in the same chemical prospecting sample and ore was detected respectively by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and flame-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Meanwhile,the detection limit,linear range,test speed and testing cost of the two detection methods are studied and compared.The result shows that detection limit of atomic absorption spectrometry is consistent with that of atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and that linear range,test speed and testing cost of flame-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry are better than that of atomic absorption spectrometry.
