基于熵权的集对分析法在尾矿库安全评价中的应用

         

摘要

Since tailing pond is a great dangerous source of man-made mud-rock flow with high potential energy,strengthening its safety management,upgrading its standardization level,and ensuring its safely operation are required and very urgent.This paper discusses safety assessment to tailing pond system and its approaches.According to production characteristics of the enterprise,assessment system structure of tailing pond safety is built by using the principle of analytic hierarchy process.In the process of set pair analysis,the concept of information entropy is introduced.Compared with the original experts' experience weighed method,the comprehensive entropy-weight method makes it more objective and scientific.Thus,the loss of information can be reduced in judgment process and the integrity of the original message ensured.Difference degree coefficient i demonstrates the transformation degree among the consistent,opposite and uncertain items of the system and reflects the safety management level of the tailing pond,which is the "barometer" and "direction sign" of the safety management of the enterprise.%尾矿库是一个具有高势能的人造泥石流重大危险源,因此加强尾矿库安全管理,提高其规范化、标准化水平,确保尾矿库安全运行是非常迫切和需要的.文中针对目前尾矿库的安全评价体系与方法进行了探讨;根据企业生产特点,应用层次分析法的原理,建立了尾矿库安全评价的层次结构模型;在集对分析过程中,引入信息熵的概念,在原有采用专家经验法确定权重的基础上,综合运用熵权法使权重确定更具有客观性和科学性,减少了评判过程中的信息流失,保证了原始信息的完整性;差异度系数i的取值,说明系统的同一、对立和不确定项之间的转化程度,反映出尾矿库的安全管理水平,是企业安全管理工作的“晴雨表”和“方向标”.
