阶段深孔侧向崩矿采矿法在惠山铜矿的应用

             

摘要

惠山铜矿矿体属急倾斜厚大矿体,针对采用的浅孔留矿采矿法回采作业效率低,采场生产能力小,作业安全性差等问题,进行了阶段深孔侧向崩矿采矿法的试验研究.经现场工程实践,该采矿法采场生产能力520 t/d,采矿损失率12.3%,矿石贫化率14.8%,千吨采切比35.2 m3/kt,技术经济指标良好,可进一步推广应用.%Shallow-hole shrinkage method,when used in mining the steeply inclined thick and large ore body in Huishan Copper Mine,has the shortcomings such as poor extraction efficiency,stope production capacity and operation safety.In light of that,the paper carried out experimental research on staged long-hole lateral caving mining method. Field application shows that with the method,stope production capacity reaches 520 t/d,mining loss rate is 12.3 %, ore dilution rate is 14.8%and mining-cutting ratio is 35.2 m3/kt.The technical index is good and the method can be promoted.
