季节性情感障碍研究进展综述

摘要

季节性情感障碍(seasonal affective disorder,SAD)是一种以季节为主要影响因素,主要表现为抑郁、焦虑等症状的精神疾病.本文通过文献回顾的方式,对季节性情感障碍的相关研究状况进行了全面的总结、评述.现有季节性情感障碍相关研究的不足在于缺乏统一的诊断标准、评测工具缺乏统一指导、研究规模较小、缺乏标准的随机双盲实验等.并对季节性情感障碍在中国以及中医视角下的相关研究方向进行了探讨.%Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a kind of mental disease which is mainly influenced by seasons. By literature review, the paper made a full summary about the relative studies of SAD. It is found that the absence of unified diagnostic criteria, lack of evaluation tools, lack of double-blind tests, and short of large-scale prospective studies are the main problems at the moment. And the related research directions of SAD in traditional Chinese medicine are also discussed in this paper.
