教师生存状态的现代性迷思与生命解蔽

     

摘要

Modem teachers' living conditions is burnout, passive and alienated in general, of which are rooted in the my- thonogy of modernity. With in the prescription of modernity, teachers'living conditions fall into modem dilemmas: seientism der- ogate practical wisdom of teachers so that teachers fall into the technical dilemma, instrumental rationality arrogate teachers' self -development so that teachers fall into the external dilemma, subjectivity lost clear up teachers' life meaning so that teachers fall into the empty dilemma. Rediscover teachers' value of life exists and re - awaken teachers' life emotion, life experience, life creation, which can promote teachers' life shifting from disappearance to appearance.%当代教师生存状态在总体上是倦怠的、被动的和疏离的,根源在于对现代性的迷思。在现代性规定下,教师的生存陷入了现代性困境:科学主义对教师实践智慧的贬抑,使教师生存陷入了技术化困境;工具理性对教师自主发展的僭越,使教师生存陷入了外在化困境;主体性迷失对教师生命意义的消解,使教师生存陷入了虚无化困境。重新发现教师存在的生命价值,重新唤醒教师的生命情感、生命体验、生命创造,促进教师生命由“遮蔽”走向“解蔽”。
