义务教育均衡发展视野下的学区集团管理模式探析

摘要

义务教育均衡发展是国际教育发展的新趋势，而学区集团管理模式则是我国众多地区促进义务教育均衡发展的方式之一。本文从学区管理模式的现状和学区集团管理模式的内涵、框架与操作等方面来探讨促进区域义务教育均衡发展的有效方式。%The balanced development of compulsory education is a new trend of international education development. Group Management Mode of School District is one of the ways to promote the balanced devekopment of compulsory education in many are- as of our country. In this paper, we will discuss the effective ways of promoting the balanced development of compulsory educa- tion in the county, mainly from the current situation of Group Management Mode of School District; the content, framewoxk and operation of Group Management Mode of School District, etc.
