喷雾干燥烟气脱硫工艺发明于上世纪70年代,玻璃窑厂排放的烟气中含有大量的酸性气体,严重危害自然环境和人类健康。根据玻璃熔窑的烟气特点和我国的国情,对传统的工艺进行改进,现已把喷雾干燥烟气脱硫工艺成功应用于玻璃熔窑上。排放烟气中SO2含量〈200mg/m3,脱硫效率达到90%以上,同时,排放烟尘含量〈40mg/m3,除尘效率达到99%。%Spray drying flue gas desulfurization process was invented in the 70s of twentieth century,and the flue gas contains a mass of acid gas,which seriously endanger natural environment and harmed human health.According to the characteristics of glass furnace flue gas and China's national characteristics,we improved the traditional process.The spray-drying flue gas desulfurization process has been successfully applied to glass process Melting kiln.In the flue gas let out,the SO2 concentration is below 200mg/m3 and the desulfurization efficiency is above 90%,in the meanwhile,the dust concentration is below 40mg/m3,the dust removalefficiency is 99%.
