电子政务自然资源综合分析系统设计与实现

摘要

To promote the practical application of natural resource data in resource management, development and utilization, plan-ning and evaluation of national e-government, based on the achievements of“National Natural Resource and Geospatial Fundamental Database” project, the design scheme of natural resource synthetic analysis system is proposed with detailed description of database design, system architecture and function module design, and a standardized, comprehensive and sustainable natural resource synthetic analysis system is established using service-oriented architecture and middleware technology.%为了更有效地推进自然资源数据在国家电子政务资源管理、开发利用及规划评价中的实际应用，在国家自然资源和地理空间基础信息库项目成果的基础上，提出了自然综合分析系统设计方案，详细阐述了数据库设计、系统体系架构和功能模块设计；并采用面向服务的体系架构（ SOA ）和中间件技术，建立了标准化、业务分析全面、可持续运行的自然资源综合分析系统。
