基于GIS的车险查勘调度客户端的设计与实现

Abstratc:Vehicle insurance company to pavement survey vehicle scheduling and the scene of the accident survey efficiency is key to reflect the company's level of service.In recent years, some insurance companies have been gradually pilot vehicle damage survey pa-perless and vehicle dispatching automation management.Using wireless Internet, Google Maps API technology, based on the Android platform for the development of the mobile survey to assess the damage client, achieve reception, information input and query, photo-graphed forensics, upload information, real-time location tracking, path planning function instruction scheduling;according to insur-ance check survey scheduling model research results, the use of flex, WebService and other various kinds of web technology, based on SuperMap iserver development platform in scheduling room client, network map visualization, map measurement measurement, the site survey information receiving and inquiry, vehicle scheduling and other functions of the survey.%车辆保险公司对路面查勘车辆的调度以及事故现场的查勘效率是体现公司服务水平的关键。近年来，一些保险公司已逐步试点车辆查勘定损无纸化和车辆调度自动化管理。本文运用无线互联网、Google Maps API等技术，基于Android平台开发移动查勘定损客户端，实现调度指令接收、信息录入与查询、拍照取证、信息上传、实时定位跟踪、路径规划等功能；根据车险查勘调度模型研究成果，运用Flex，WebService等多种Web技术，基于SuperMap iServer平台开发室内调度客户端，实现网络地图可视化、地图量测、现场查勘信息接收与查询、查勘车辆调度等功能。
