In order to solve the problems in the preparation of urban planning , such as the inconvenience of sharing and exchanging data, the low degree of information , and the exchange of knowledge result in the planning of urban planning , this paper puts forward to solve the problems and demands in the process of the urban planning by the mode of "public painting".By means of information technology , combined with Web technology , GIS technology , construction of urban planning preparation platform , achieve the infor-mation sharing of planning management and compilation , and it realize work sharing and interoperability between different professional teams and different people .This paper takes a case study on Wuhan city , explores the application of the "public drawing"model in the preparation of urban planning .%为解决城市规划编制工作中出现的规划数据共享交流不便、信息化程度不高以及规划知识成果交流不畅等问题,本文提出采用"众绘"模式解决城市规划编制实际工作过程中出现的问题,通过信息化手段,结合Web技术、GIS技术等,建设城市规划编制平台,实现规划管理和编制信息共享,以及不同专业团队、不同人员的作业共享互通,从而提高规划编制工作的高效性.本文以武汉市为例,对"众绘"模式在城市规划编制中的应用进行了探索.
