测绘行业教育培训现状分析

摘要

In order to deepen the talent strategy,and solidly improve the development of geographic information innovation,strengthening geographic information industry staff education and training becomes the key point of the comprehensive development of geographic information industry.Taking Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of staff training in surveying and mapping geographic information industry,and gives some suggestions and strategies.%深入实施人才强测战略,扎实推进测绘地理信息事业改革创新发展,加强测绘地理信息行业职工教育培训工作,成为促进测绘地理信息事业全面发展的关键点.本文以黑龙江省为例分析了测绘地理信息行业职工培训的现状及存在的问题,并提出了建议与对策.
