Against the current background of frequent road traffic incidents, this pa-per expressed theory and technology of public security traffic managementin the perspective of traffic management focuses, from the disposal of public security theo-ry.On this basis, it also introduced appli-cation examples presentedrelevant tech-nologies in traffic managementarea.%针对当前道路交通事件频发的背景，本文从公安处置理论出发，以交通管理为视角重点阐述了公安交通管理处置相关理论与技术。在此基础上，对相关技术领域在交通管理处置方面的应用实例予以介绍。
