区位选择、产业聚集与中部崛起

摘要

Location choice behavior of enterprise is the logical starting point of regional economic development, and,the behavior is decided by the regional factor conditions. Under the guidance of the central economic situation, regional factors' condition determines the rise of central China's first task is to use the advantage of regional factors as much as possible, attract enterprises which can match regional factors, form a certain industrial gradient, and improve regional factors' disadvantage as soon as possible, do preparation for future adjustment of industrial structure.%　　区域经济发展的逻辑起点是企业的区位选择行为，企业的区位选择行为决定于区域的区域性要素条件。中部地区在传统经济性要素如交通运输条件、劳动力市场、资源分布、市场潜力等方面表现出了一定的优势，但是在现代非经济性要素如区域投资主体行为、区域产业聚集状态、区域创新环境方面表现出了一定的劣势。因此，中部地区应紧抓现阶段我国经济结构调整、外向型经济转型的大好时机，在现有产业基础上打造产业集群，吸引与要素条件匹配的企业入驻，大力发展农业产业化，形成一定的产业梯度，并尽快改善劣势要素的状态，为将来的产业结构调整做准备。
