我国产业结构与就业结构的关系现状与策略选择--基于经济学和人性哲学的双重视角探析

Okun's law in Economics indicates that Gross National Product is the opposite of the rate of unemployment,but the sustainable growth in economy did not lead to the high increase in employment, which is relative to the economic strategy of accelerating the improvement of industry-structure. the demand and development of human nature are the motivation of the progress of society, so, facing the problem in the economy we should seek the solution not only from the institution of economy but also from the different demand of the development of human nature.%　　奥肯定律表明国民生产总值与失业率保持反向变化，而我国经济获得快速增长时，并没带来就业的高增长。我国的产业结构与就业结构呈现出偏离态势影响到民生水平的提高。人性发展是经济社会进步的根本动力，对于具体经济难题的思考与探解，不应只从顶层设计和经济规制方面寻求破解之道，还需考虑人性的不同发展需求。
