社会管理创新中社会自治组织建设研究

摘要

本文以社区自治组织建设为研究对象，基于社区自治组织建设的国内外最新研究成果，结合国内外对社区自治组织建设的研究现状，阐述社会管理创新与社区自治组织建设的逻辑关系，进一步分析我国社区自治组织发展中面临的问题及原因，并提出推进和谐社会的建设，完善社会管理创新中社区自治组织建设的对策建议。%　　Based on the latest literature on community self-management organizations, combined with the study on community self-management organizations at home and abroad, this paper explains the logical relationship of the innovation of social management and community self-organization, then, analyses the problems and reasons during the development of our community self-organization, at the same time, proposes to suggestions about improvements in the building of a harmonious society and the innovation of social management and self-management organizations.
