城乡一体化评价指标体系的构建及水平测评--以陕西省宝鸡市为例

摘要

本文从城乡发展一体化、城乡均衡一体化和城乡协调一体化三个方面选取指标建立出城乡一体化评价指标体系，利用 AHP(层次分析法)对宝鸡市2007—2011年的城乡一体化水平及宝鸡市各区县2011年的城乡一体化水平进行测评。分析结果表明，宝鸡市城乡一体化发展进程较快，但各区县的城乡一体化发展水平仍十分不均衡，进而结合实际提出相关的发展措施。%This article constructed an index system from the integration of urban-rural development, the integration of urban-rural balance, the integration of urban-rural coordination in the AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and evaluated the level of the urban-rural integration index from 2007 to 2011 in Baoji and the integration index of various counties of Baoji in 2011. The results have shown that, the development of urban-rural integration in Baoji is rapid, but the development level of the urban-rural integration in various counties is imbalanced, and then combined with the realities to put forword to relevant measures.
