新时期高校共青团工作的“去行政化”思考

摘要

随着大学转型与高等教育的发展趋势，高校“去行政化”问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。高校共青团作为中国共产主义青年团设立在高校的基层组织，“行政化”的共青团工作模式已不能适应尊重青年规律、贴近青年特点、满足青年需求的客观要求，探索高校共青团工作的“去行政化”具有重要的现实意义。%With the development of University and the transformation of higher education, the issue of “de-administration” of Communist Youth League’s work in colleges has become the focus of social attention. Communist Youth League of the College, as the primary organization of Chinese Communist Youth League in Colleges, the “administration” mode of the Communist Youth League’s work can’t meet the requirements of the period, which should be respecting the rules of youth’s work, close to the characteristics of youth, and meeting the objective of the youth. Therefore, the exploration of the work of “de-administration”of Communist Youth League’s work in colleges bears important realistic significance.
