天津市环境经济政策发展现状、问题及对策

摘要

Environmental economic policy is an important means of environmental management. Perfecting environmental economic policies has great significant for environmental protection in Tianjin. This paper starts with the current situation of the environmental economic policies in Tianjin and gives an analysis of the six categories of the environmental economic policies in Tianjin. Furthermore, the major problems of these environmental economic policies are discussed, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.%环境经济政策是环境管理的重要手段之一，加强环境经济政策建设对促进天津市的环保具有重要意义。文章从天津市环境经济政策的现状出发，梳理了目前天津市实行的环境财政、环境税收、环境收费、资源定价、生态补偿和排污权交易六类环境经济政策，探究了当前天津市环境经济政策存在的主要问题，并针对问题，提出了相应的对策建议。
