文章通过揭示我国新生代农民工的现实居住状况（现实环境），综合新生代农民工在城市的居住需求（理想环境），找出现实环境与理想环境之间的差距，以此明确我国新生代农民工住房政策构建的基本方向。在此基础上，从建立城乡一体化住房保障机制、多层次制定住房保障政策、将农民工居住空间纳入城市规划以及明确政府职责四个方面，建构新生代农民工群体住房政策的框架体系。%The paper finds the difference between the realistic and ideal environment of new-age peasant worker in order to determine the basic orientation of the construction of housing policy for them through comparing the urban living demand (ideal environment) with the realistic living situation of new-age peasant worker in China. Based on the comparison, we should construct the framework of housing policy of new-age peasant worker with establishing the housing security mechanism of urban and rural integration, making the multi-level housing security policy, bringing the living space of peasant worker into urban planning, and clearing the government responsibility.
